Technical Advice: DeBeer 1-380 1K UV Primer
Correct Product Handling
DBNZ have recently received a few complaints regarding the new DeBeer 1-380 UV Primer going hard in the can (see example image).
Upon investigation, all reported cases involved cans placed permanently on stirring banks with stirrers "inside".
After consulting with DeBeer, they have advised that 1-380 must not be placed on a stirring bank. The correct method, as outlined in the TDS, is to hand stir or shake only before use, and to seal with original lid after use.
