DeBeer 8-149 Approved For Unsanded OEM E-Coat Panels
Sherwin-Williams is excited to announce that our 8-149 HS Tinting Surfacer has now been approved for use over unsanded OEM e-coats!
8-149 is our preferred high production system for use with our BeroBase 500 Series.
This new approval removes the need for sanding and subsequent cleaning of OEM e-coat panels. This allows spray painters to save precious time on the job, allows for increased productivity and helps to improve overall bodyshop efficiency.
Our 8-149 HS Tinting Surfacer is a high-performance, two-component tintable surfacer, which serves as an exceptional surfacer/primer or sealer, providing versatile solutions for complex refinishing needs.
You can use 8-149 as a transparent sealer or tint it to any colour with our DeBeer BeroMix 2000 Series Toners. It is the perfect solution for fast wet-on-wet finishing with our BeroBase 500 Series.
