ICRIS 16.1.9 Release
Sherwin-Williams are pleased to announce the launch of the latest version of ICRIS (16.1.9).
The update contains a number of enhancements as detailed below.
- The spectrophotometer part of the application has been updated and redesigned (see image below):
- The user interface and workflow have been modernised and improved.
- The formulas resulting from a spectrophotometer search give a better indication of the actual result that can be expected for the chosen paint quality, due to a vastly enlarged colour library and updated algorithms.
- A new "Preferred mix UoM" option in ICRIS settings allows you to set your preferred default unit of measurement for weighing.
- Custom formulas can now be created and added as undercoats to other custom formulas.
- Resolved several bugs including:
- Phased out (rationalized) toners are no longer included in Spectrophotometer optimization results.
- Resolved issue where default quality dropdown list in Spectrophotometer settings was not updating when changing regulatory region.
How to Update
The new version is now live and can only be installed by downloading from the link below.
Due to an update on the vendor for their security certificates the new version cannot be installed through the usual application update button from within ICRIS.
It must be installed as a fresh install from a USB or by downloading the file onto the PC.
This is a one-time change, future versions will be able to be updated through the application update button.
