ICRIS 17.0 - Bug Detected
Last week Sherwin-Williams soft-launched the latest version of ICRIS (17.0) to their website.
It has come to their attention that a major bug is present in the latest version that will cause the program to crash when mixing primers or clears over scales.
WHAT TO DO
V 17.0 Not Installed
If you are running an older version of ICRIS, please DO NOT install the latest version. Sherwin-Williams will send an update when the issue is resolved and the latest version is safe to download.
V 17.0 Installed
If you HAVE installed version 17.0, please do one of the following:
- DO NOT mix any primers or clears over scales until otherwise advised a fix for the bug has been implemented.
- Re-download a previous version of ICRIS and run that until advised otherwise. You can download an older version of ICRIS via this link: ICRIS Setup v16.4.0
