ICRIS Missing Formula Issue Resolved
Following from last week's notice of an issue impacting Valspar Refinish formulations in the latest update in ICRIS, we are happy to inform you that issue has now been resolved.
It is now safe to perform program updates and data updates as normal.
ICRIS ISSUE DETECTED IN 17.0.3 - PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD LATEST UPDATE UNTIL ADVISED
Sherwin-Williams have detected an issue impacting all Valspar Refinish formulations in ICRIS 17.0.3.
Please DO NOT perform data updates until advised.
If you have performed a data update in the last week you may have lost access to Valspar Refinish colour libraries including VHAU, FLAU, FLNZ etc
If you have found you have lost access to the Valspar Refinish Colour Library, please contact the colour department (colour.aus@sherwin.com) and they will provide a fix.
The colour team is working to rectify this issue and we will be in contact once the issue is resolved so that you may perform updates as normal.
To clarify this issue only affects Valspar Refinish.
