Middle East Crisis & Supply Chain Update

We want to give our customers a heads-up on global factors beginning to place pressure on supply chains and product costs, which may affect supply availability and pricing across parts of our industry.

Ongoing geopolitical developments, including the war in the Middle East, are contributing to increased volatility in crude oil prices, freight costs, and international logistics. At the same time, currency movements are influencing the cost of globally traded raw materials. As a result, there is an increased risk of delays, reduced availability of certain products, and upward pressure on costs in the coming weeks and months.

We are already starting to see impacts across our supply network. Several of our supply and manufacturing partners have indicated rising input costs, which may flow through to pricing in future production cycles.

At this stage, impacts may vary by product and supplier. While we are continuing to receive stock and fulfil orders as normal, we want to be transparent that conditions may change at short notice due to factors outside our control, such as transport constraints, energy costs, and product availability.

Please be assured that we are actively working with our suppliers and logistics partners to:

  1. Maintain continuity of supply wherever possible
  2. Minimise disruption to your orders
  3. Manage pricing impacts responsibly and communicate any changes as they arise

If price adjustments do become necessary, we acknowledge these may be communicated with very short, or occasionally no notice. Where possible, we will aim to provide clear notice and supporting context before any changes take effect.
