- VIP and Cash customer custom paint mixes must be paid for before we can start mixing them. We do not stock custom spray cans.
- Custom paint mixes have a minimum 2 day turn around for account holders and 3 day turn around for VIP/Cash sales.
- Custom paint mix orders cannot queue jump.
- Mixed paint is not returnable. Linkup will not recognise any claim once paint has been mixed and/or applied.
- No customer entry into the mix room. Staff Only.
- All backorders require a contact name and phone number for order updates.
- ALL orders must be signed for upon collection - NO EXCEPTIONS.
- No claims will be allowed unless made within SEVEN (7) DAYS of the invoice, and a re-stocking fee may apply.
- Credit requests must quote relevant invoice details.
- Special orders and non-stocked items are not returnable for a credit or refund.
